RMS Networks to Debut rVue at Jim Hudson Automotive Group

billboard network into two Hudson dealerships in South Carolina.

RMS will provide custom digital video programming displayed on newly installed
Panasonic plasma screens and existing monitors in high-traffic, high-visibility
locations in Jim Hudson Toyota/Scion in Irmo, S.C., and Jim Hudson Hyundai in
Columbia. Managers will have the ability to select and control the video
programming, delivered via Internet to each dealership through rVue, the free to
download software developed by RMS.

"This agreement represents the ideal application of rVue," said Jason Kates, CEO and
founder of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based RMS Networks. "Research has shown that
instore video networks increase customer product knowledge, enhance the customer
experience, modernize the showroom and improve product sales."

The four 50-inch plasma monitors at the 18-month-old dealership will help introduce
the growing car brand to shoppers in the showroom. The monitors' unique location and
size create a digital billboard, making them highly visible to the 60,000 drivers
who pass the dealership daily, said Ken Hudson, CEO of Omni Advertising, the Boca
Raton, Fla., agency that oversees advertising for Hudson.

Jim Hudson Toyota is already the top Toyota dealership in the state and among the
leaders in customer satisfaction nationwide. With RMS and their rVue software, Jim
Hudson TV will join the onsite Atlanta Bread Co. and the children's Play Center to
heighten customer interaction and length of stay in the showroom, Hudson said.
